To thank you for your loyalty, we would like to support you as our customer also in these difficult times and ensure a smooth production. We therefore give you the chance for a free maintenance service (basic adjustment and lubrication services) for your Horizon machine until the end of June. The currently valid hygiene and safety regulations will of course be carefully observed.
How it works:
- Send an e-mail to wesaythankyou(at)horizon.de by May 15, 2020 (including your contact information and Horizon machine type).
- We will then randomly select 10 customers for free maintenance.
- Our customer service will contact you to arrange an appointment.
- The maintenance service for your Horizon machine (1 machine/system per customer) is free of charge for you – working and travel time is covered by Horizon.
- In case spare parts might be required, those will of course only be exchanged and invoiced upon consultation with you.
